Get to Know Sara
Certified Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, and Death Doula
Her offerings are a reflection of how she lives—present, grounded, and deeply connected to the natural rhythms of life. Each session—through sound, movement, or sacred space—is an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.
Rooted in ancient shamanic practices and gentle care, Sara’s approach is nurturing and intuitive. She believes healing is not a luxury, but meant to be accessible to all. Her work is shaped by a deep love for people, a reverence for nature, and a commitment to sustainable, intentional living.
You’ll find her guiding classes across Tooele County—leading yoga and sound baths at Mill Pond Farms in Stansbury Park, yoga at The Dance Center in Erda, and offering immersive aquatic sound baths in Pine Canyon.
Drawn to earthy textures and linen layers, Sara is described to honor the art of noticing—pausing for birdsong, a breeze, or the curve of a wild bloom. These quiet beauties weave into every offering, creating a space that feels soft, soulful, and deeply human.
Her healing spaces embody the essence of hygge—a Danish concept of comfort, connection, and presence. Clean linens are refreshed before each session, the energy is cleared, and the space is lovingly prepared with your experience in mind.
For the time you’re with her, the space is entirely yours—warm, welcoming, and woven with care.
Travis Rodgers
“I thought I’d be playing gigs... just didn’t know it would be this kind.”
Travis is a grounding support to Sara’s continuing trainings and growth. Trained in sound healing and over 20 years of musical experience, Travis brings soulful depth, steady presence, and intentional care to each sound bath and drumming experience. He’s a true renaissance man—a skilled machinist, potter, and lifelong musician. His quiet strength and humor are felt in every shared space.
He once joked, “I thought I’d be playing gigs... just didn’t know it would be this kind.” But it’s clear—this is exactly where he’s meant to be. Whether playing handmade instruments or holding space in a drum circle, Travis brings a balanced, safe, and welcoming masculine energy that clients frequently say helps them feel instantly at ease.
Beyond the sound bath, Travis enjoys hiking and hanging out with their kids, though not biologically his, he absolutely considers them his children.
In Partnership
Sara and Travis didn’t just build a life together—they built a rhythm. One rooted in mutual respect, deep presence, and a shared desire to bring healing to others. Before each event, they take time to ground and reconnect, making sure the energy they show up with is clear and aligned. Their connection is often felt before a word is spoken with people telling them all the time, “You two are so in sync… total couple goals.”
Together, they co-create every offering to welcome each person with kindness, acceptance, and love to curate a space that feels safe to ensure their people are deeply cared for.
